RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At ANZERO, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy to provide you with flexibility and peace of mind.

Returns

A. Eligibility:

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and resellable, with all tags and packaging intact. Worn, washed, or damaged items cannot be returned.

B. Process:

  • Request a Return: Contact us at support@anzero-collection.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
  • Ship the Item: Pack the items securely and return them to the provided address with your RA number. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure the return reaches us safely.

C. Refunds:

  • Processing Time: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase. It may take up to seven business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • Exchange Authorization: We will provide instructions for returning the item(s) and details on the availability of the requested item(s) for exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
  • Ship the Item: Pack the items securely and return them to the provided address. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure the return reaches us safely.

C. Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item as well as any additional shipping costs related to sending the replacement item(s), unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase or that cannot be returned.
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@anzero-collection.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.
